at our Folsom, California, USA, headquarters. Our Customer
Service Representatives ensure that every order is processed
efficiently, problems are resolved and our customers are satisfied.
They provide assistance with order tracking, delivery, proforma

Pricing and Technical Assistance
For pricing information or technical assistance with your
application, contact your local Narda Microwave-West Sales
Representative or the factory directly.
We have established an extensive global network
of Sales Representatives
from which to choose. They are experienced and trained to
provide you with pre-sale, product selection assistance for
your specific application. In addition to our Sales Representatives,
Narda Microwave-West has a staff of Application Engineers
who have extensive microwave engineering experience. They
are available to help you with your special requirements and
application challenges.

Rely on our in-house Customer Service Representatives for
accurate information on export procedures and document requirements

Terms and Conditions
Warranty
Narda Microwave-West warrants each product it manufactures
to be free from any defect in material and workmanship for
a period of two-year from date of shipment to the original
purchaser. All warranty returns, however, must first be authorized
by a Customer Service representative.
The limit of liability under this warranty
shall be to repair or replace any product, or part thereof,
which proves to be defective after inspection by Narda Microwave-West.
This warranty shall not apply to any product that has been
disassembled, modified, physically or electrically damaged
or any product that has been subject to conditions exceeding
the applicable specifications or ratings. Narda Microwave-West
shall not be liable for any direct or consequential injury,
loss or damage incurred through the use or the inability to
use, any Narda product.
Narda Microwave-West reserves the right to
make design changes to any Narda product without incurring
any obligation to make the same changes to previously purchased
units.
This warranty is the full extent of obligation
and liability assumed by Narda Microwave-West with respect
to any and all Narda products. Narda Microwave-West neither
makes, nor authorizes any person to make, any other guarantee
or warranty concerning Narda products.

Domestic Terms
Net 30 days. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Folsom, California,
USA, unless otherwise specified. Terms of sale to unrated
firms are C.O.D. unless credit has been established or on
receipt of advance payment.

Export Terms
Check with your Narda Microwave-West Sales Representative
for payment terms. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Folsom, California,
USA. Express carrriers such as FedEx, UPS and DHL are not
acceptable methods of transportation for United States Department
of State licensed shipments.

Source Inspection
A charge of $500.00 applies to all orders requiring a
source inspection at our plant. The inspection charge applies
to each inspection visit necessary.

Shipment Information
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Folsom, California, USA,
unless otherwise specified. Shipments from the point of origin
will normally be made by Parcel Post, UPS, Federal Express
or Air Freight. Narda Microwave-West will select the most
appropriate means of transportation unless a specific method
of transportation is agreed upon in the sales contract.

Certificate
of Conformance
A Certificate of Conformance is available upon request
at the time of purchase. This certificate states: "Narda
Microwave-West certifies that the above device(s) has/have
been processed in accordance with established procedures
and has/have been found to conform to all Narda Microwave-West
quality standards and applicable customer specified requirements.
Narda Microwave-West warrants its products to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship for a period of
(2) years from the date of shipment."

Quotations and Pro
Forma Invoices
Destination prices and shipping information required
for pro forma invoices or FAS, CIF or C&F quotations and importation
assistance can be quickly obtained from an in-house Narda
Microwave-West Customer Service Representative.

Change Orders and
Cancellations
Change orders regarding price, delivery or any conditions
not specified on the original order will be implemented after
mutual agreement has been affirmed in writing between the
customer and Narda Microwave-West. Cancellation of an order
requires the written consent of Narda Microwave-West. All
cancellations will be dependent upon customer's agreement
to satisfy all costs incurred by Narda Microwave-West and
its proportionate profit on all work completed. Narda Microwave-West
will endeavor to stop work promptly upon notification of cancellation.

Repairs
Repairs of Narda Microwave-West products are made at
the factory. Before returning any product, however, contact
Narda Microwave-West to receive a Return Material Authorization
(RMA) number. A RMA number must be clearly marked on the paperwork
accompanying all returned units. When requesting the shipping
instructions for a return, please indicate the model number,
the serial number, the date code and as much information as
possible about the nature of the difficulty or the reason
for the return.
The cost of the repair is based upon the cost
of the labor and the materials plus a small service charge.
Estimates of the cost of repairs are submitted to the customer
before any work is done, unless otherwise directed. Out-of-warranty
units will be charged an additional evaluation fee. This evaluation
fee will be applied to the cost of the repairs, if the repairs
are authorized. Returned products must be shipped prepaid.

Product and Price
Changes
Although all information on this website is current at
the time of production, Narda Microwave-West's continuing
product improvement program makes it necessary to change product
specifications and prices occasionally. Narda Microwave-West
reserves the right to make product and pricing changes without
notice. Therefore, we recommend that you verify all product
specifications and pricing information prior to placing your
order.
